Our bags are photographed and presented to reflect their true elegance and craftsmanship. However, minor color variations may occur due to screen settings. We reserve the right to update product information and availability without prior notice.

3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are only accepted upon confirmation and full payment. We reserve the right to cancel or modify an order at our discretion. All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

4. PRICING & BILLING

All prices are displayed in the relevant currency and may be subject to change. Shipping, taxes, and duties are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Domestic Delivery (UAE): Standard: 1-2 days | Same-Day & Bullet Delivery options available
International Shipping: Handled via DHL, subject to regional restrictions
Processing Time: Orders are processed within minutes during working hours and dispatched daily

We ship worldwide, but reserve the right to refuse shipments to certain locations. Risk of loss transfers upon handover to the courier.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags and proof of purchase. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

7. WARRANTY

Beckett Walcott products are crafted with care and built to last. We offer a 1 year limited warranty covering defects in craftsmanship and materials under normal use conditions.

Important Note: Our handbags are designed for elegance and light carry. To preserve the handle structure and integrity of your piece, please ensure that carried items do not exceed a total weight of 2kg. Exceeding this limit may compromise the structural quality and will void the warranty.

If you believe your item is eligible for a warranty claim, please email info@beckettwalcott.com with proof of purchase and supporting photographs. We will assess the issue and respond with next steps.
