We want you to love your Beckett Walcott companion. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags, labels, and authenticity cards intact.

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Our team will arrange product pickup within 2–3 business days.

Return shipping is customer-paid, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:

Issue a refund to your original payment method

Or offer store credit, based on your preference
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
All products undergo 3-stage quality checks and camera-monitored packing. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
