Return & Refund Policies

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Beckett Walcott companion. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags, labels, and authenticity cards intact.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@beckettwalcott.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will arrange product pickup within 2–3 business days.

  3. Return shipping is customer-paid, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will:

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

  • Or offer store credit, based on your preference

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

All products undergo 3-stage quality checks and camera-monitored packing. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours at info@beckettwalcott.com

  • Include clear photos of the issue

  • We will investigate and arrange a replacement or full refund

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Used items

  • Items returned without original packaging or labels

  • Customised or limited edition items (unless damaged)
